The Executive Committee is the governing body of the THIMUN Youth Network. It made up of members from different countries around the world, with each member having different skill sets and expertise to ensure the success of the THIMUN Youth Network’s programmes and projects. The Executive Committee works year round, making policy decisions pertaining to organisational development, while assisting in the maintenance and continued coordination of the projects and programmes of the THIMUN Youth Network.
The Executive Committee works online daily, with several online meetings a term. Also, there are meetings in The Hague, for major comprehensive planning, to conduct work that can only be completed in person. These meetings are open to the public; if you are interested in joining us, please contact the chairperson in advance, or email us at info(at)youthassembly.org. Membership in the Executive Committee does not require any specialist knowledge or experience, except for previous participations at TYA and/or other TYN activities. In addition, the same age limit is valid for membership in the Executive Committee as for participating in our activities (16 – 25 inclusive).
